Injection moulding, Pressing from Thermoset

We employ modern hydraulic injection moulding machines with a clamping force of 120 tonnes and a maximum shot weight of 194 grams.

The injection moulding technology enables us to insert moulding of metal parts.
We currently process PA type technical plastics (PA 6, PA 6 GF 30, PA 6.6), POM, ABS, LDPE, PP and others according to our customers’ requests.

We also make pressings by pressing from a thermoset.

We design, manufacture and provide mould maintenance

Assembly
The final products are completed using single-purpose equipment.
